Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and any tracking information you have received
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace the order or provide a refund at our discretion
